BioBox is built to feel smooth, but production products still need recovery paths. Use these links if you hit a broken flow, need status visibility, or want to contact CEL3 Interactive directly.
Fast recovery
Start with system status, then retry the flow. If the issue persists, send support the route you were on and what action triggered the error.

2. Retry the action once
3. Contact support if it still fails
Good support info
The most useful reports include the page URL, whether you were on desktop or mobile, and whether the issue happened during publish, media, billing, or Studio workflows.
